Opened in October 07 Taste has proven through hard work and committment to be one of the most popular and recognised restaurants in Wexford. Ideally located in the heart of Wexford town in the new dining quarter overlooked by historical abbey and surrounded by great shops and bars and within close proximity to many hotels and guest houses.

With a large dining room of interconnecting rooms TASTE is the ideal venue for any occasion from an intimate dinner to a large private gathering

The kitchen team is headed by locally renouned and highly reviewed chef Warren Gillen who while owning his own well known premises won restaurant of the year in 2004. Warren believes in making and baking all his own products from sauces to breads & pastries etc to enhance the customers culinary experience

The floor is run by owner Greg Murphy and assisted by manager PJ Mc Mahon who both believe in giving the best possible service to the customer through a relaxed professional and courteous manner along with a knowledgeable experienced staff
