"Go with the Flow" offers exciting canoe borne river adventures for all ages. Catering for large groups, hen and stag parties and families. Canoe hire available on the Barrow River. In addition we operate great family days out or adventure trips for sports clubs and friends. We also sell Canoes and kayaks. Since the early 90's hundreds of people have discovered a new world with us which they never knew existed. The George Bernard Shaw Theatre is a 294 seat state of the art performance space. The arts programme includes many of Ireland’s leading theatre production companies such as The Abbey Theatre, Project Arts Centre, Landmark Productions, Barabbas and Gúna Nua in addition to a wide variety of live music, film, comedy, opera and dance from local, national and international performers. The arts centre also houses the award-winning and highly popular restaurant, Lennons where you can enjoy a full menu with morning coffee and lunch daily, and dinner on weekends and selected weekdays.
